PROJECT MANAGER CLINICAL INTEGRATION/EHR

The Project Manager will direct strategy and implementation of IPA’s clinical integration efforts including Electronic Health Records and other communications required in Healthcare Reform environment. Current knowledge of regulations and resources specific to EHR a must. Position will require timeline, staff, vendor, budget and communication management at all levels within and outside the organization.

The successful candidate will possess high level computer skills; excellent analytical, verbal and written skills.  Project Manager will excel at customer service and inter-personal skills. Clinical skills are not required. However, exp working with physicians is important. Position is based in Orange County – travel within the county required.

UTILIZATION MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR:

OC IPA is looking for an energetic and motivated nurse to assume an entry level management position in the prior authorization department.  Requires: minimum of 5 years clinical experience + 3-5 years prior authorization / UM experience in an IPA/MSO setting; knowledge of Medi-Cal, HMO, CMS and NCQA guidelines beneficial. Must be willing to be a team leader / team worker, creative problem solver, detail oriented, able to multi-task, have strong computer / technology skills.  An exciting opportunity for the right candidate looking for a place to learn management and supervisory skills.  Excellent benefits, competitive salary commensurate with experience.

PROVIDER RELATIONS/CONTRACTING ASSISTANT

This individual is a liaison to our contracting coordinators & contracted providers regarding eligibility, contracting, enrollment & capitation/payment issues. Will support provider education & community activities. Responsibilities include/but not limited to contract scanning database, directing and implementing strategies relating to the development of contracting network, identifying gaps in network composition and services to assist the network contracting and development staff in prioritizing contracting needs. Must be able to multi-task and handle high pressure situations. Provider Relations & Contracting experience a plus but not required. MS Windows 2000 & MS Office a must.


Minimum Qualifications:  Degree in Healthcare/Business Administration or an equivalent of education and experience.  Minimum 3-5 years experience in an MSO/IPA.  Knowledge of guidelines and regulations specific to health care.  Valid California Driver License. INPATIENT MEDICAL DIRECTOR/HOSPITALIST for OC IPA

A hands-on, independent contractor, in field/office position responsible for overseeing all admissions through pediatric and adult hospitalist teams. First responder to all ER/admission telephone calls, for Medi-Cal, commercial and Medicare patients.  MD licensed in CA, Board Certified (IM or related field) strong clinical skills and experience in a managed care setting required.
